FoodStar — for people who care about how they live
It all started in 2018 in Kislovodsk, a small resort city in southern Russia. Anzorbek Bytdayev — a former competitive boxer who spent years tracking every gram of protein and every calorie — asked himself a simple question: why is eating well so hard for ordinary people? Athletes don't eat right because they're special. They just have a system.
He decided to give that system to everyone.
But before FoodStar, there was Noire House — a restaurant in Kislovodsk that ranked #1 among nearly 250 establishments in the city on 2GIS, Tripadvisor, Yandex and Restaurant Guru, earning awards across every major platform. Packed tables, loyal guests and most importantly — a deep understanding of how to make food genuinely delicious. That experience became the foundation of FoodStar: we don't just count calories here. We know how to cook.
On February 2, 2018, FoodStar opened its doors in Kislovodsk. No big investors, no franchise model — just a team, a kitchen and a real desire to feed people well. Small cities keep you honest. Everyone knows everyone, and quality speaks for itself.
In May 2023, we expanded to Tashkent, Uzbekistan. A different country, a different city, a different pace of life — but the same principles.
Today we have delivered over 200,000 meal plans and over one million dishes across two countries. And every single day we cook fresh — not yesterday's batch, not prepared in advance. Today. Including weekends, because your body doesn't take days off.
What makes us different?
We don't just deliver food. We take one of the most exhausting daily tasks off your plate — figuring out what to eat. A 16-day rotating menu, dishes from cuisines around the world, minimal high-glycaemic ingredients, no frying, no refined sugar.
