Food Star opened on 2 February 2018 in Kislovodsk, with no investors or franchise: a team, a kitchen and a wish to feed people good food. In May 2023 we opened a kitchen in Tashkent. We are not a “weight-loss service”, we are a kitchen that counts calories for you and brings food to your door.

On 2 February we opened in a small town where everyone knows each other and a bad product can’t hide. That became our quality test.
Built a 16-day no-repeat cycle and a portion system: one base day from which all plans are made.
In May we opened a kitchen in Tashkent. We made the menu halal and added local flavours: samsa, plov and dolma in a healthy version.
Launched the day builder and built a site where the menu, builder and plans live from one source.
