The menu is developed by professional dietitians and nutritionists
Our system is quite simple. There are two general menus — Standard and Vegan. The vegan menu has 5 food boxes and all meals are listed in the vegan menu (16 different days). With the standard menu, each day the chefs prepare one of the 16 days. For example, on 17.04.2023 they prepare day 8 (shown in the menu). Accordingly, on 18.04.2023 they will prepare day 9, and so on. After day 16 they start over from day 1 and so on. The menu lists 6 meals. In different plans (Light, Flexible, Weight Loss 1000 kcal Standard) not all 6 meals are included. In the rest (Weight Loss, Maintenance, Gain) the meal plan is the same and differs only in portion size.
A subscription is a one-time payment for a set number of days of meals. By purchasing a subscription you reduce the cost per day. The discount system applies when paying for more than 7 days at once. The maximum discount is achieved by purchasing 21+ days (up to 15% off)
Before 22:00 you can stop/resume cooking for the next day. You can also freeze your meal days for an unlimited period free of charge.

Payment is available via QR code (Click, PayMe, UZUM apps), card transfer, bank transfer, and cash (after trial days)
We deliver your orders daily free of charge in the evening (from 17:00 to 23:00) and in the morning (from 6:30 to 10:00) (ATTENTION: please check the details with the operator, as delivery to some locations is not available or may be subject to a charge). We also offer client-paid delivery to any address, including the Tashkent region, as well as a special VIP delivery (at an additional cost at any time).
